This week I...

I'm starting a new thing, once a week, where I'll blog about my goals/hopes/wishes for the week. The idea is that by splitting big goals into weekly mini sessions, they will seem easier and less daunting, and I am all about easier and less daunting! And being held accountable by you guys should serve as a great way to keep me motivated!

This week:

I will go to the gym at least 3 times
I will only drink water/powerade/crystal lite/vitamin water
I will start/finish my Christmas list and send it to my mom
I will go to sleep before midnight every night

So that's it, I'll write another post next week letting you know how I did! Hopefully these 4 things wont be too hard since it's only for a week!

  1. You can totally do those! I have faith! ha ha. I try to work out at least 5 days a week, but usually only make it 4 :(. It's hard to get out of bed early when it's cold...

    You should post your Christmas wish list! Maybe it'll give me some ideas for my wish list!

  2. Christmas list is coming sometime this week..hopefully you get some inspiration:) I had a hard time this year too!

  3. I'm sure you'll be able to stick with those! The Christmas list will be fun
